Delivery Method

♥ We will distribute by Local Postage (Normal/Registered) ONLY

Fees / Payment Charges ( Include Delivery )

There will be 2 payments:

♥ 1st Payment: Cost of item + Handling Fee + Initial shipping of SGD$2 per item
( Collected within 3 days after u order or before order is sent to supplier, whichever is earlier )

* Exchange Rate Used : 1 TWD = 0.055

* Handling Fee =

^ $0.80 per item for order of 3 items and less from each shop,

^ $0.50 per item for order of 4 items or more from each shop ( Special June Holidays Promotion)

* Shipping and payment transaction fees like TT, CC, Ezpay, Speedpost etc will be split by the total number of items per spree & by the no. of spree participants. Shipment payment shortages are to be topped up in the 2nd payment.

♥ 2nd Payment: Top-ups for shipping / Refunds + Local Postage Fee
(Collected when items arrive in SG)

* Local Postage Fee:

* For heavier items like jackets, dresses, bags, shoes, jeans please add 50cents additional to the above charges.

Thoughtful Reminders =)

• To prevent lost of mailing package, please choose registered mail. So far such situation has not occurred. Tracking will be provided for registered mail.
• To track your registered mail: Singpost
• Please allow at least 2-4 working days for your parcels to be delivered after we send out.
• We will inform all precious ones of your items status like when the items have arrived or when we have posted out to keep you update. Or you can check on our status pages.
• Please do not flood / spam / scold our admin members to rush the delivery etc.
